Returns eligibility

Most new, unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns in some situations:

Refund processing timelines

Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm it meets eligibility criteria, refunds will be issued within 2 to 5 business days. Refund amounts will equal the price paid for each returned item, excluding the original shipping charges. Actual bank posting times vary.

Return reasons and how to start the process

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason – whether due to fit, style, personal preference, performance, damage, missing parts, incorrect shipment, or another justification – you have options.

Please follow these steps to start the return process:

  1. Contact Atlas Pet Supply Customer Service within 30 days of your delivery date. We can be reached by email, phone, mail, or through your account portal on our website.
  2. Explain the reason for the return and provide your order number plus specific item names, quantities, sizes, colors, and other identifiers.
  3. If the return meets eligibility criteria, we will approve further processing and provide a Return Authorization Number with return shipping label.
  4. Repackage the return using all original packaging materials and attachments per our detailed instructions. Seal securely and affix the provided return label prominently on the outer packaging.
  5. Drop off the return shipment with your preferred mail or parcel carrier in time to meet the 30 day deadline, protecting contents appropriately with insurance and tracking due to risk in transit.

Once received at our designated returns processing facility and eligibility confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within our 2 to 5 day commitment timeline.

Please follow these steps when returning orders:

  1. Initiate the return process through your account portal or by contacting Customer Service within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and return shipping label if approved based on eligibility criteria review.
  2. Repackage the return carefully using all original boxes, packing materials, tags, and labels from Atlas Pet Supply to avoid damage. Seal securely with appropriate tape and protective outer packaging.
  3. Affix the provided return label with the RA Number prominently visible on the outside of the box.
  4. We recommend returns be sent with tracking and appropriate insurance in case of loss or damage during transit. You may select any shipping method but we cannot refund additional carrier expenses beyond the provided return label.
  5. Once the return is received and eligibility confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
